This afternoon, in the presence of representatives of all Pakistani political parties and members of the Senate:
H.E. Mr. Yousaf Raza Gilani, Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan, hosted H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa , Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, at the Senate headquarters.
Dr. Al-Issa delivered a speech addressing a number of issues related to current developments, during which he praised Pakistan’s significant role on the global stage.
The session was followed by a luncheon hosted by Mr. Gilani in honor of Dr. Al-Issa.
