 H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, attended the ceremony, “The Efforts of the Muslim World League in the Service of Qur’anic Qira’at: Writing and Recitation.” During the ceremony, the Khatmah of one of the students in the Ten Qira’at, with a connected chain of transmission to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), was presented, and H.E. approved it. This was within the framework of supporting the programs of those granted Ijazah in the Qur’anic Qira’at, individually and collectively, especially the Ijazah program with a connected chain of transmission and recitation through modern communication technology with direct reception.
